Career

In 2006, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

In the same year, he started to work as an Assistant Expert at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. He attended many national-international trainings/meetings as Assistant Expert and Expert and took part as a speaker in more than 20 symposiums and conferences on behalf of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

In 2016-2017, he worked as an expert at the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Between 2017-2020, he served as a member of the Re-examination and Evaluation Board at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

At the beginning of 2020, he resigned from the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and started to provide legal consultancy services for the registration and protection of intellectual and industrial property rights with Evreka Patent Consultancy Ltd.

Bekir GÜVEN, who is married and has one child, speaks English fluently.
