PRIVATE SECTOR EXPERIENCE: Appointed as Labour and Social Security Law Consultant to Yıldız Holding A.Ş. and its subsidiaries.

(2005-2009), providing consultancy services on labour law, individual and collective labour law, social security, occupational health and safety to hundreds of different institutions and organisations, including 100 of the top five hundred companies in Turkey

(2009-2018), collective bargaining negotiator for the Turkish Food Employers' Association in the food industry and other industries (2005-2018), concluded more than 200 collective bargaining agreements to date. Expert witness in the field of Labour Law and Social Security Law in Istanbul Courts (2005-2018)

ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE: Labour and Social Security Law Training for Financial Advisors at Tesmer, Istanbul Chamber of Financial Advisors (2009-2011). Lecturer at Bahçeşehir University BÜSEM Labour Law and Social Security Expertise certificate programme. Instructor in the field of Labour and Social Security Law at Istanbul Şehir University Lifelong Learning, Application and Research Centre.

SCIENTIFIC, PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIL SOCIETY SERVICES: He presented papers in many symposiums on Labour Law, Social Security, Occupational Health and Safety, and participated as a speaker in seminars and conferences in many provinces. He has many articles related to his expertise.

He participated in many programmes on national television channels (TRT Haber, TV Net, Ülke TV, ATV Europe, Türk Max etc.) where Labour and Social Security Law and Occupational Health and Safety issues were discussed. He prepared and presented the programme "Danışmanın" (Consultant) for 60 episodes on Digitürk Türk Max and the programme "Sorun Çözelim" (Problem Solving) for 120 episodes on ATV Europe.
