He was born in 1973 in Kırıkkale.

He completed his primary education in Kırıkkale and secondary education in Ankara.

In 1994, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration.

In 1995, he started to work as a trainee Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance.

Between 1999-2002, he worked as a Revenue Controller in Istanbul Group Presidency of Revenue Controllers.

Between 2003-2005, he served as the Head of Hitit Tax Office and Deputy Treasurer in Ankara Tax Administration.

Between 2005-2006, he served as Group Manager at Ankara Tax Directorate.

Between 2006 and 2017, he served as Revenue Administration Group Head, Revenue Administration Department Head and Revenue Administration Vice President at the Revenue Administration. During his provincial duty in the Revenue Administration, he played an important role in the process of provincial organisation of the administration. During his central duty at the Revenue Administration, he worked on projects such as single notification, tax collection by credit card and e-assessment in order to increase the efficiency of collection. He also took an active role in the rewriting of the Income and Corporate Tax and Tax Procedure Law and in many legal and administrative regulations.

Between 2018 and 2022, he worked as the Head of the Authority at the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority. During his duty at the Public Oversight Authority, he carried out many studies such as the establishment of the examination system carried out before Independent Audit Institutions and Independent Auditors, the publication of Interest-Free Finance Accounting and Auditing Standards, the revision of the Financial Reporting Standard for Large and Medium-Sized Enterprises, the Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Micro Enterprises and the preparation of the chart of accounts compatible with all financial reporting standards.

In 2023, he retired and joined the NELSUS family.
