He was born in 1979 in Saimbeyli district of Adana. He completed his secondary education in Adana. He completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University Food Engineering and his master's degree at Selçuk University Industrial Engineering.
In 2006-2008, he served as the Chairman of the Education Commission in the Young Müsiad Board of Directors.
In 2005, he started his consultancy career. He took part in projects on documentation and compliance of companies with ISO 9001 standards.
He has provided consultancy services to SMEs and large-scale companies in many sectors for 15 years in the field of grants and government support. He created a special team which he coordinated in this field. He prepared projects and feasibilities in different sectors on TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, CFCU, Development Agencies, EU and Ministry of Trade Supports. The grant provided to the companies from the projects he has prepared so far is over 150 million Turkish Liras.
He has KOSGEB SME consultancy and IPARD Consultancy certificates.
