General Information Career

He was born in 1975 in Çubuk district of Ankara. He completed his primary education in Ankara Çubuk İkipınar Primary School. He completed his secondary and high school education in Gerede. In 1994, he graduated from high school with first place. In the same year, he graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance and graduated in 1998.


In 2000, he started to work as an Assistant Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Revenues, Ankara Regional Directorate of Revenues.


In 2004, he was assigned as a Tax Auditor at the Ministry of Finance General Directorate of Revenues Samsun Regional Directorate of Revenues.


Between 2005 and 2006, he served as Deputy Director of Audit Coordination at the Ministry of Finance Revenue Administration Trabzon Tax Office.


Between 2005 and 2011, he served as the Head of the Tax Auditors Bureau at the Ministry of Finance Revenue Administration Trabzon Tax Office. He contributed to the establishment and structuring works of Trabzon Tax Office.


In 2011, he was appointed as a Tax Inspector with the Decree Law No. 646. Between 2011 and 2013, he contributed to the establishment and structuring works of the Tax Audit Board Presidency, which was established with the Decree Law No. 646.


Between 2013 and 2019, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Tax Audit Board at the Ministry of Finance, Tax Audit Board Presidency. During this period, he was responsible for tax inspections, notices and complaints, litigation, performance monitoring, taxpayer and external relations, administrative and financial affairs. During this period, he was involved in the organisation of the evaluation meetings held by the Presidency.


At the Presidency of the Tax Audit Board; Audit Software (VDKBIS), Secondary legislation studies, Analysis and visualisation of the data in the information systems, Executive Information Systems (YBS), Work of the Notification and Inspection Requests Evaluation Commission (İİTDK), Performance Evaluation System Software, Invitation to Permission Application (VDKBİS -İZDK), Digitalisation of Budgeting - Allowance - Expenditure - Purchasing - Inventory tracking processes and central tracking software (Demand Management System - TYS), All the needs of the personnel (Stationery - Cleaning - Cleaning - Breakdown - Installation, etc.). ), the software (Demand Management System - TYS) created for centralised tracking of all the needs of its personnel (Stationery - Cleaning - Breakdown - Installation, etc.) in digital environment.


In 2019 - 2020, he contributed to the establishment and structuring works of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Inspection Department. Coordinated the Design / Software / Development works of the Inspection Department Software (TEFBIS). Coordinated the secondary legislation works of the Inspection Directorate (Regulation - Directive - General Letter - Guide).


During his duty at the Presidency of the Tax Audit Board, he served as commission chairman and commission member in the entrance, authorisation and qualification exams. In 2019, he served as the Chairman of the Sworn Certified Public Accountant Examination Commissions held by TÜRMOB.


He left his position in the public sector at his own request and joined the NELSUS family.
